Explore Norfolk Trails

Get involved as a Business

Norfolk Trails are keen to link up with local businesses!

1. Attend free ICT workshops

Through COOL and Explore More Coast, we have been running a series of free workshops covering topics which we have highlighted to be important to businesses. The workshops have included introductions to Facebook, Twitter and Trip Advisor and well as more advanced classes. To register your interest in these, email norfolktrails@norfolk.gov.uk and quote “Business ICT Workshop” in the subject line.

 2. Sign up to our Norfolk Trails business database

Sign up to the Norfolk Trails business database; we will keep you updated with opportunities as they arise. If your business is relevant to our trail users we will add you to our Interactive Map. This can make your services even more visible to local people and visitors looking to explore the Norfolk Trails.

Requests received by 20th of each month are anticipated to be live on the map in the following month.

 3. Promote walking, cycling and horseriding

Go the extra mile and give your visitors ideas on where to walk, cycle or ride in Norfolk. From our website, you can now download and print suggested circular routes or sections of the trails near you. You could even share your favourite local walks with your guests or have printed maps for visitors and customers; anything to make the visitors stay in your area that little bit more special.

 4. Visitor Information

There are lots of other ways you can encourage walkers, cyclists and riders to your business. If you would like suggestions on how to attract more, get in touch.
